Hardscape/Install Crew Leaders are critical team members ensuring our customers’
vision for beautiful landscaping and designs come to life.

We need a full-time Hardscape/Install Crew Leader who has experience:

• Supervising and managing up to 5 individuals
• Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicating plans and production goals with crew members and clients
• Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion
• Maintaining a clean worksite, equipment and vehicles
• Completing paperwork and information pertaining to projects/jobs
• Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction
• Opportunity for advancement

Applicant Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams
• Knowledge and experience installing a variety of landscape projects.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery: skid steers, excavators, plate tampers, transit, etc.
• Have a valid PA driver's license
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
