We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and experienced Digital Solutions Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You should be an expert in analyzing, identifying and validating key requirements, and providing inputs to product, design, and engineering teams to translate these into the desired experience. You will also map and prototype key processes, gather feedback to inform planning, and support new solutions with user acceptance scopes and training content. Additionally, you will capture post-implementation insights and feedback on user requirements.

If you’re our new Digital Solutions Business Analyst, you will look forward to engaging in activities such as: 

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements for product features and enhancements.
• Utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools to assess product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Facilitating stakeholder alignment through structured workshops, interviews, and documentation.
• Developing business cases that quantify benefits and define success metrics for new initiatives.
• Serving as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure shared understanding and delivery excellence.
• Supporting quality assurance with clear acceptance criteria and validation activities.
• Translating business strategies into comprehensive product roadmaps and functional specifications.

Required Skills & Experience – You Should Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree: MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Experience in implementing digital solutions focused on operational efficiencies, with a strong risk mindset
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including SQL and BI tool expertise.
• Effective visualization skills and strong attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in enterprise SaaS solutions such as CRM or ERP.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data architecture.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.

We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

Salary Range:  $115,000 – $125,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
