Project Manager & Business Analyst
- Verantwortung übernehmen: Du planst, steuerst und setzt Digitalisierungsprojekte erfolgreich um.
- Teams koordinieren: Du führst funktionsübergreifende Teams (Entwicklung, QA, DevOps, Design) zu qualitativ hochwertigen Ergebnissen.
- Kunden begeistern: Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen internen Teams und internationalen Kunden, übersetzt Anforderungen in klare Aufgaben und begleitest Go-Lives.
- Agiles Arbeiten: Du treibst Sprints, Daily Standups und Retrospektiven voran und nutzt Tools wie Jira oder MS Project, um den Fortschritt sichtbar zu machen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, als Business Analyst oder Product Owner in technischen Umgebungen
- Erfahrung in der Führung funktionsübergreifender Software-Teams
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und Stakeholder-Erfahrung
- Sicher im Umgang mit agilen Methoden und Projekt-Tracking-Tools (z.B. Jira, Xurrent)
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du souverän
- Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, Entwicklungszyklen, QA-Workflows und internationale Projektarbeit
- Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PMI-ACP oder CSPO sind ein Plus
