Location: Lansdale, PA and Norristown, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 3:00 PM
Grades: K12th
Pay: $18$20/hour (Full-Time)

The Role:
As a PCA, youll be the daily hero for your assigned studentproviding one-on-one support that helps them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Youll work alongside educators and school staff to keep students engaged, supported, and on track.
What Youll Do:
Support students 1:1 throughout the school day
Assist with focus, redirection, and behavioral strategies
Encourage emotional and social development
Follow IEPs and collaborate with teachers & therapists
Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Keep communication clear and supportive
Who You Are:
Experienced working with children (in schools, childcare, or behavioral health)
Kind, calm, and ready to make a difference
Reliable and consistent with excellent communication
Available for full-time hours, MF
