Benefits and Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities: The Benefits and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration of health and welfare benefits and processes as well as payroll tasks. This role will respond to associate inquiries, process billing and invoices related to our benefits administration and partner with both payroll and benefits leaders on helping to educate our associates about their pay and benefits.
The Benefits and Payroll Coordinator role will assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, assist with managing workflow approvals, and collaborate with teams across the organization to communicate payroll and benefits updates. Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, coordinating benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, oversight of benefit documentation and assisting in administering the Credit Union's Total Well-being program. This role will assist with resolving issues through management of associate cases specifically regarding benefits, retirement and payroll. Additionally, a key part of this role requires the administration of the Credit Union's Economic Well-being program, including the administration of the Associate Assistance Fund and M1st FaM1ly Pantry.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment

Qualifications:1-3 years of related experience

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
