Operations Manager

About the Job

AR Building Services is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate would have a background in team leadership and organization. The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day functions for the account managers, employees, and client relationships.

Required skills

· Strong leadership skills to oversee the account managers and employees

· Strong communication skills

· Basic computer skills, such as typing and MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to form relationships and establish a good rapport with clients

· Experience with janitorial services is preferred

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee management payroll, training, and onboarding process

· Create and implement cleaning & safety training for managers and employees on a regular basis

· Weekly meetings with clients and site inspections

· Regular check-in with account supervisors to review daily operations

· Manage staffing and hiring process for accounts, with regular evaluations for quality and efficiency

· Maintain strong relationships and resolve issues with clients as they arise

· Continue product, equipment, and cleaning training for self and managers

The Operations Manager position is a full-time position with a paid half hour lunch break. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, and health insurance. The company will also provide a company phone and computer. This is a salaried position, plus a gas stipend.

Our clientele ranges from apartment buildings, office buildings, schools, and construction sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
