AI Community Coordinator
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Community Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:
- AI Community Coordinator will support and grow a network of AI champions across teams and locations
- Coordinate community programs, communications, and engagement activities
- Develop content, resources, and discussion materials that encourage participation and learning
- Facilitate AI-focused office hours, workshops, and community events
- As a AI Community Coordinator, you will track participation, engagement trends, and feedback to improve program effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to expand community reach and drive greater adoption
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs and employee interests
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in community management, program coordination, employee engagement, communications, learning and development, or a related field
- Experience supporting programs with participants across multiple teams or locations
- Experience using collaboration or community platforms
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
