Operations Administrative Assistant (part-time) Administrative Assistant (part-time) Administrative Assistant

30 year-old, IT Services company located in Chalfont, PA is looking to hire an administrative assistant to assist in all aspects of the business, but primarily focused on Customer Service and Operation Department Duties. Join a friendly, honest privately held organization specializing in help desk and IT services for government agencies, utilities and small to mid-size professional companies.

Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday 8-5PM. We offer competitive salary, supplemented insurance and dental benefits, 401k PTO and paid holidays.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Create quotes with direction and follow up with customers
  • Provide outstanding customer service by providing simple help desk responses : i.e password resets.
  • Support Operations/Technical Department with organization of projects
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mail, receiving shipments etc.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to the team effort by assisting with whatever is necessary for the company success.

Education and Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent education required

· Administrative assistant experience preferred

· Strong understanding of all Microsoft Office products

· Valid driver's license

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
