We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who excels in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possesses exceptional broiler skills. Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and steak dishes, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Expo: Manage the flow of orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes to the front-of-house team.
• Quality Control: Maintain inventory and ensure all food items meet our quality standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong broiler and culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
