Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Holds or eligible for SLP licensure with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
- Comprehensive assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills
- Strong communication abilities with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
- SLP-CFYs may be considered if onsite SLP-CCC supervision is available
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to students individually or in groups, focusing on IEP goals and communication skills
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of each child
- Collaborate with special education professionals, educators, and parents to foster student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and multidisciplinary team activities
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines
- Flexibly manage multiple caseloads and adjust interventions as student needs evolve
