What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, blowouts, and full styling services
• Provide a polished, upscale client experience every single time
• Build long-term client relationships and drive retention
• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining top-tier quality
• Be a positive, dependable team player who contributes to the salon’s success

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Cosmetologist in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of professional hairstyling experience (preferred)
• Strong technical skills in cuts, color, and current trends
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and genuinely enjoys working with clients

Compensation & Growth

• Generous tiered commission structure (50%–60%+ based on performance)
