Residential Framer/ Inspector
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Framer/Inspector with proven experience in wood framing for single-family and multi-family homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to interpret blueprints and construction plans to complete framing work with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Construct, erect, install, and repair residential structures using wood and other materials
- Experience doing residential inspections
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials accurately
Build walls, floors, roofs, and other framing components
Ensure work is completed to code and project specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of residential framing experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Skilled in using framing tools and equipment
Strong understanding of construction math and layout
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
