What You Will Be Doing

As an Audit & Assurance Senior in our growing Horsham office, you will:

- Lead Engagements: Conduct audits for non-public clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, and professional services. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

- Collaborate with Clients: Build positive client relationships and communicate findings clearly throughout the audit process.

- Ensure Quality: Execute audits with attention to detail, meet deadlines, and ensure work aligns with firm and professional standards.

- Support the Team: Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development by providing feedback and on-the-job training.

- Contribute to Improvement: Recommend process improvements for both clients and internal firm operations.

- Continue Learning: Participate in national-level CPE courses and internal development programs to advance your skills.

Who You Are

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting and 3+ years of public accounting experience.

- You are CPA-eligible or a licensed CPA.

- You have experience conducting audits and preparing financial statements for private companies.

- You exhibit strong analytical and communication skills.

- You have demonstrated the ability to lead engagements and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.

- You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing your responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
