We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  to provide K–12 school-based services  for the 2026–2027 school year . Position Details

• Caseload: Â K-12
• Schedule:  Monday–Friday, Roughly 7:30 - 3:30
• Hours: Â 37.5 hours/week
• Dates:  August 2026 – June 2027, with potential to renew
• Location: Â Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications  ​​​

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology required
• Pennsylvania certification as required by the Department of Education.
• Credentials necessary for participation in the School-Based ACCESS Program preferred.
• ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competency preferred.
• Post-graduate coursework with a focus on communication and reading/literacy desired.
• Experience working with and evaluating students with special needs/developmental delays and with developing and implementing educational programs is required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license necessary.
