CMMS Data Intern

Job Description

We are currently hiring a CMMS Data Intern in our Breinigsville PA Brewery. This is a 10-week summer internship running from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026.

Role Overview

The CMMS Data Intern will support the site's CMMS transition by assisting with asset data cleansing, validation, and standardization in Maximo. This role is data-focused and critical to ensuring accurate asset information that supports planning, reliability, and maintenance execution.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, validate, and standardize asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance, and bill of material data within Maximo.

Review legacy work orders, PMs, and spare parts data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Partner with planners, storeroom, and reliability teams to align data with operational needs.

Support Project Wrench initiatives related to CMMS design, data integrity, and implementation readiness.

Document data standards and improvement opportunities to support long-term system sustainability.

Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data organization tools.

Ability to learn and navigate CMMS platforms (Maximo experience a plus, not required).

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Learning & Development Opportunities
