Location:

100% onsite. 300 Park Avenue. Warminster, PA 18974.

Monday through Friday. 7am-3:30pm. Evening shifts required during peak season.

Job Summary:

As a Packaging Team Lead, you will support the daily operations of the packaging team by working alongside machine operators to keep production running efficiently and safely. You will help ensure production goals are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed throughout each shift.

You will assist with troubleshooting issues on the floor, help coordinate workflow, and provide day-to-day guidance to team members as needed. As a go-to resource for questions and problem solving, you will help keep operations moving smoothly, meet production deadlines, and support consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties:

• Provide training and guidance to team members, offering feedback to help improve performance and skills.
• Oversee the accuracy of reporting and paperwork for the tasks being performed.
• Continuous training of established SOPs, work rules, and safety instructions.
• Ensure a secure facility and work environment for the night/evening workforce.
• Monitor daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) trends for each operator and provides support to meet goals.
• Assist with machine setup and shutdown, and communicate with team members to address issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Help cross-train team members to develop more flexible and skilled workforce.
• All other job related duties as assigned by manager.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively alongside peers and team members
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
• Clear communication skills with the ability to provide day-to-day guidance and support
• Working knowledge of D365 or a similar manufacturing or ERP system
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
