Administrative Assistant – Corporate Actions (Entry-Level)
Contract
We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations within our Corporate Actions team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with data, documentation, and internal coordination in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for corporate actions and income processing activities
- Assist with tracking and maintaining records for dividends, interest payments, and client events
- Handle basic client inquiries and support internal requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize event files
- Support reconciliation efforts by comparing internal records with external data
- Assist with process improvements and team projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–1 year of experience (internship or admin experience a plus)
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work different shifts
