Landscape Foreman
Kimicata Brothers Inc., a family-owned business since 1929, has been a cornerstone in the greater Pittsburgh area for landscape maintenance and design. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have evolved into a full-service landscape, design-build, maintenance, and irrigation company. We are currently seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work a four-day work week, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Responsibilities
- Lead a crew in the installation and maintenance of various landscape projects.
- Coordinate with management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage labor, equipment, and materials effectively.
- Ensure high-quality standards in all landscape projects.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid PA driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation
Earn up to $28.00/hour with verifiable experience. Work 36 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.
