Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Greeter to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this lively role, you will create a positive first impression by providing exceptional guest services, guiding visitors, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assist visitors with directions, inquiries, and general information about the venue or establishment
• Manage guest check-in procedures using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS when applicable
• Maintain a clean and organized greeting area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
• Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information or redirecting as needed
• Support guest relations efforts by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly desirable
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services preferred
• Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to connect with guests effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and guest interactions
