At Publicis Health, Strategy is all about understanding people: how they think, feel, behave, and engage with brands. Our strategists help uncover insights, analyze behaviors, and identify opportunities that shape smarter, more meaningful healthcare marketing. This work can span Brand Strategy, Experience Strategy, and Social Strategy — and interns may be considered across any of these areas.

As a Strategy Intern , you’ll support teams by gathering and synthesizing data, exploring competitive activity, and identifying trends across digital and social platforms. You’ll help turn research into insights — and insights into creative, measurable recommendations that help our clients make better decisions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Learn:

  • How strategists uncover and define audience insights
  • How brand, experience, and social strategy influence creative ideas
  • How to analyze campaign performance, digital behaviors, and market trends
  • How competitive research informs positioning and messaging
  • How strategy teams collaborate with creative, account, and data partners

  • You’re a rising junior or senior enrolled full‑time at an accredited 4‑year college or university
  • You’re pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • You’re able to commute to the office location listed in the internship posting

Compensation Range: $20 - $20 an hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
