Position: Front of House Team Member
Location: The Biscuit Lady – West Chester
Type: Part-time & Full-time available
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality
- Take orders accurately and efficiently (POS experience a plus)
- Serve food and beverages with care and attention to presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house space
- Work collaboratively with BOH, runners, and leadership during busy shifts
- Create an exceptional guest experience every single time
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and people-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mindset with a strong work ethic
- Weekend availability preferred
- Restaurant or café experience is a plus, but not required
