🕒 Schedule & Training

• Training: In‑office, starting at 9:00 AM EST
• Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8.5‑hour onsite schedules

💰 Compensation

• Hourly Pay + Incentive Pay
• Performance‑based earnings opportunities

📌 What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, one‑call resolution to client inquiries
• Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, or changes
• Save cancellations when possible and assist with autopay setup
• Update and maintain accurate documentation and inbound lead entries
• Conduct follow‑ups on outstanding items to ensure full resolution
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and contribute to team goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
