ITIL / ITSM Knowledge Responsibilities Include: BRIM/FICA configuration and support
Functional design & testing
Payment and settlement monitoring
Data mapping and migration activities
Collaboration with technical & business teams
Post go-live support and issue resolution
Documentation audit compliance & reporting
