Job Description Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing cable cuts accurately according to customer orders and specifications.

• Operate cutting machines and tools safely and efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Assist with boxing, labeling, and staging completed cable cuts for shipping or will call.

• Follow job ticket details and verify product codes, lengths, and handling instructions.

• Support overall warehouse operations as needed during the 2nd shift.

• Display strong work ethic and honesty; adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Engage work with a high sense of urgency; be highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and at the end of shift.

• Follow safety protocols when handling cable, reels, cutting equipment, and tools.

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to meet shift goals.

• Assist with palletizing, reel lagging, or boxing as needed.

• Clock in/out accurately and take breaks as required by company policy.

• Additional job duties may be added at any time.

• Ability to read and follow order tickets, labels, and product specifications.

• Forklift or pallet jack experience is highly desired (training available).

• Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent .

• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year cable cutting/wire cutting

• Ability to read and write in English and understand basic math and measurement units.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for long periods, and reach/bend overhead.

• Previous experience in cable cutting or production is a plus.

• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shift.

• Ability to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures.

• Ability to safely handle cutting equipment and cable products.

• 2nd Shift (Specific hours may vary based on business needs)
