Part Time Door Person
Job Overview:
As a Door Person, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Meets and greets residents and provides guidance and assistance to meet the needs of residents, tenants and guests. Your Responsibilities- Greet and open the doors for residents
- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Communicate regularly with concierge regarding important resident information
- Provide directions to local parks, restaurants, airports,
- Call for taxi, limo service as needed
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and maintain professional appearance as outlined by Association and company policy
- Proactively assist with packages and
- Report maintenance or cleaning requirements to management
- Assist concierge during busy periods and break times, as needed
- Assist with trash removal as needed
- Assist with dog walking for residents, as
- Report all resident concerns and complaints to concierge or management
- Assist with snow shoveling and ice melt application
- Assist with placing and removing temporary walk off mats before and after rain and snow events
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Valid drivers’ license and satisfactory driving record
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required

$19.00/hour
