Personal Care Assistants

Responsibilities:

Assist and support students in special education with physical, emotional, behavioral, and/or learning support

Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees

Assisting students on classroom topics/courses

Building positive relationships

Re-enforcing tasks and homework

Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation

Assist in building a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students

Adapt to the various learning styles of students
