What You Will Do:

• Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including car accidents and premises liability cases.
• Conduct client consultations, investigate claims, and develop winning case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Partner with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of all legal matters.
• Continuously develop your legal skills and stay abreast of current laws and trends.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey (or eligibility for waiver into both jurisdictions)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
