- Utilize State Farm tools to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and coverage check-ins.
- Identify and recommend additional insurance products to existing customers.
- Cultivate strong client relationships that foster loyalty and long-term retention.
- Current Property & Casualty License (Life & Health is a plus).
- Previous experience within a State Farm agency (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Proficiency in State Farm platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client interactions daily.
