Porco’s Porchetteria is looking for a Lead Line Cook for their savory team: Wednesday - Sunday, 5 shifts available: Full Time - weekends and holidays required.

As a Savory Team Line Cook, you’re the architect of our sandwiches and specials—crafted fresh, fast, and full of flavor. You’ll create each signature sandwich with precision, maintain a spotless workspace, and ensure every customer walks away with a smile. You are part of the heartbeat of Porco’s savory program, where consistency, pride, and positive energy define success.

Must haves that will help you in your role are: prior experience in fast-paced KDS or ticket-based sandwich lines, excellent communication and multitasking skills, punctuality, coachability, and a positive/solutions-based mindset. ServSafe certification required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sandwiches and daily specials accurately and efficiently to brand standards.
• Maintain prep lines, cold storage, and ingredient stock levels throughout your shift.
• Organizing back stocking fridges, FIFO, and manage prep/overages to reduce waste.
• Learn recipes and prep to help keep line items in stock and available for guests
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines at all times.
• Constantly be sanitizing and cleaning your stations and equipment according to ServSafe standards.
• Keeping slicer and knives sharp by preforming sharping sessions
• Communicate clearly with teammates during rushes to keep the line “Rush Ready.”
• Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine enthusiasm—greet every guest and ensure they leave happy.
• Become proficient on the POS system and our processes for ringing people up and suggesting improvements/additions to their orders!
• Cross-train with other team members to support all areas of service as needed- Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Receive orders and products, check in products, quality checks, and stocking inventory
• Do station inventory and pars as needed
• Help develop or create seasonal ideas/trends for savory menu.
• Learn and promote seasonal and special menu offerings to guests.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
