We’re hiring immediately, and we will train you ! Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required.

Base Pay:

$18.64 - $19.69 / Hour

Training Information:

Training for this role lasts approximately 12 weeks and is based out of our Greentree location .

• Weeks 1–2: Classroom and hands-on training with a trainer, including travel to various Donation Centers and mobile sites.

• Weeks 3–4: Field experience alongside a preceptor on mobile drives and at site locations.

• Weeks 5–12: Continued training in specific skilled areas could include Phlebotomy , Medical Interview , Alyx , and Trima (approximately 4 weeks per area).

• After successfully completing training and final assessments at Greentree, team members may continue to travel to various fixed and mobile site locations as part of their regular schedule.
