Job Title: Machine OperatorJob Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used in manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality control, and efficiency to ensure production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes
- Set up machines according to production specifications and blueprints
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, feed, temperature) to maintain optimal performance
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and manuals
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
