LETS Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for in-person, school-based positions with one of our Pennsylvania school partners.
Whether you're looking for a full-time opportunity or a flexible part-time schedule, you'll join a supportive team committed to helping students develop the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services to school-aged students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional classroom skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
- Pennsylvania school clearances (e.g., Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, and others)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
