Quality Inspector

**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team at our Hanover Ring and Seal Factory as a Quality Inspector, where you will support aerospace and industrial applications through the inspection of custom carbon seals and piston rings. We are looking to fill positions on both the 2nd and 3rd shifts. **Responsibilities** + Conduct inspections of in-process parts and perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met. + Utilize precise measuring equipment and devices effectively. + Read and understand dimensional blueprints to maintain quality assurance. + Engage in quality control processes, including quality checks and CMM operations. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of applied training in a manufacturing quality role. + Proficiency in using inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers. + Ability to read and understand dimensional blueprints. + Experience in quality assurance and control. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to train on any shift. + Annual eye exam required to meet quality department standards. + Must be legally authorized to work in the US. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive starting wage with shift differentials, regular wage increases, and a temperature-controlled work environment.
