Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and ITOM Visibility solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, MID Server architecture, infrastructure discovery, enterprise integrations, and CMDB governance. This role requires technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in building scalable ServiceNow solutions for large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and ITOM Visibility solutions.
• Design and develop scalable ServiceNow workflows, automation, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure and manage MID Servers for enterprise-wide discovery and service mapping.
• Ensure CMDB health through reconciliation, normalization, dependency mapping, and governance.
• Develop and troubleshoot Discovery Patterns and Service Mapping patterns.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications, OSS/BSS platforms, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead platform modernization, data migration, and CMDB transformation initiatives.
• Establish development standards, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor ServiceNow developers.
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, monitoring, dashboards, and observability best practices.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support testing, release readiness, and production deployments.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and implementation guides.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform enhancements, AI capabilities, and ITOM best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery (Preferred)
• Experience with Telecom, Cable, Broadband, or OSS/BSS environments
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities such as NOW Assist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
