We are searching for a Customer Support Agent to join a growing team in Canonsburg! Ideal candidates have 2+ years of business to business customer service experience, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities

• Assess and understand customer needs and expectations
• Respond to customer calls and emails
• Process sales orders and quotations
• Advise customers on products and follow up on service requests to ensure resolution
• Support regional vendors as needed and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate communications between customers, sales representatives, technicians, and customer service representatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of business to business customer service experience
• The ability to speak fluent French or Spanish is a plus!
• MS Office skills
• Possess a sense of resourcefulness and urgency
• Strong technology skills
