The Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association is seeking an Engagement & Event Manager to drive growth and engagement within Pennsylvania’s restaurant, hotel, and tourism sectors.

This role is ideal for someone with event planning experience who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field connecting with people, and is passionate about bringing hospitality professionals together through meaningful events and member experiences.

PRLA is the leading advocate and resource for Pennsylvania’s hospitality and tourism industries. We work closely with restaurant owners, hotel operators, tourism organizations, students, and industry partners to support advocacy, workforce development, education, and industry growth across the Commonwealth.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant, hotel, and tourism operators across Pennsylvania
• Coordinate networking events, educational programs, member meetings, and industry activities
• Support sponsorship, fundraising, and member engagement initiatives
• Serve as a key point of contact for member outreach and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams on event promotion and communications
• Represent PRLA at industry events, conferences, and regional meetings throughout the state

This position reports to the Director of Events & Engagement and plays an important role in advancing PRLA’s mission to strengthen and support Pennsylvania’s hospitality and tourism industries.
