Job Description:

The Bilingual Account Representative will assist patients with medical assistance applications and help them understand medical bills, insurance benefits, and available financial resources. This role is patient-facing and requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in applying for medical assistance programs
• Counsel patients on medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial options
• Serve as a resource to help patients navigate the healthcare financial process
• Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• 6 months to 1 year of healthcare-related experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with patients in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
