Pay Rate :

• $22/hr

Minimum requirements :

• High School Diploma - Applicants with less than 60 college credits must complete a free online paraprofessional training course

• Resume

• Kelly Education follows all PA education clearances.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and welcoming classroom environment.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs within the classroom.

• Model the ideas that embrace diversity and inclusivity while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.

A full-time paraeducator may also be referred to as paraprofessional or PCA.
