Warehouse Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Wednesday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 05:30am )

• Supervise daily team operations to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and provide guidance to team members.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
• Resolve employee concerns or conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently.
• Flexible availability to work 2nd shift hours and adapt to operational needs.
• Computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and tracking team productivity.
