Flag Football Referee
Youth Flag Football Referee Needed
Backyard Flag Football is seeking reliable and motivated referees for the upcoming season. Referees play a key role in providing a safe, fair, and positive experience for youth athletes.
Position Details
- Schedule: Sundays, beginning April 12, 2026
- Pay: $25 per hour
- Location: Lt. J.C. Stone Field, North Park, Wexford, PA
Responsibilities
- Officiate youth flag football games in accordance with league rules
- Make clear and timely calls on gameplay and scoring
- Communicate professionally with players, coaches, and spectators
- Support a positive and sportsmanlike environment
- Assist with pre-game field setup and post-game breakdown
Qualifications
- Knowledge of flag football rules (league-specific training provided)
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Ability to remain composed in game situations
- Prior officiating experience preferred but not required
- Availability on Sundays starting April 12, 2026
- Successful completion of a background check
