**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
+ Monitor access points, check identification, and observe for any security-related concerns within the healthcare environment.
+ Complete detailed reports and documentation of any incidents, observations, and/or routine activities as required by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
+ Assist with emergency response activities and guide visitors or staff as needed during critical situations.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management, site leadership, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
