Sales and Intake Specialist

Zihmer Law Firm, a leader in trust and estate planning, is seeking a Sales and Intake Specialist to engage potential clients, assess their needs, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations to understand prospective clients' needs and determine fit.
- Educate potential clients on our services and effectively communicate the value we provide.
- Manage and track leads using our CRM system, ensuring follow-ups and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide a smooth transition from intake to client engagement.
- Support marketing efforts by identifying trends and feedback from prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients that have not yet engaged.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
- Ability to build rapport and instill confidence in potential clients.
- Previous experience in a B2B or service-based sales environment

Compensation and Hours
The base salary for this position starts at $40,000 - $45,000. Additional performance-based compensation is available, tied to clearly defined goals and metrics related to business development and client engagement. We offer a 401(k) match and healthcare stipend. The firm offers 10 holidays per year, and it starts new employees at 15 days of PTO. This role is an in-office position at our McMurray location. Candidates must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday during business hours. We will also consider hybrid after an initial training period.
