Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents by assisting with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation for residents and staff

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas

• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of food and supplies

• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations and meet regulatory standards

• Perform other duties as assigned by the dietary manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience in food service or healthcare (but willing to train)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
