Part-Time Front of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type:
- Part-time (available anywhere from 12 to 32 hours)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically, using \My Pleasure\
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to help people be better because of us
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Follow the vision and direction of restaurant leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
