Here's what you'd do:

• The Senior Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
• Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production, or pre-production environment by building or integrating hardware for prototypes, assemblies, and large complex systems, building RF, multi-function cables and harnesses, and soldering ribbons/strip line skills for RF performance .
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and testing using precision tools.
• Identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production documentation and logs.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

• Associate Degree.or relevant manufacturing certifications
• Knowledge of one or more PCB design tools from the Mentor Graphics suite (xDM, Certification in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuration of customer/standard software on the customer device.
• Ability to perform more advanced fabrication and marking.
• Distinct communication and computer skills.
• Solid knowledge of Statistics and SPC applications.
• Creative thinking with the ability to multitask.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.

• Requires an active Secret Clearance.
