Key Precision Marketing is looking for articulate, driven, professionals with integrity. Sales experience is not required. We are looking for our next generation on leaders to expand within our company and run successful sales team. Must be able to teach and present well! Must be coachable and have leadership skills. Working well with others is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Attending and running daily coaching, motivational meetings to ensure regular communication with the sales team.

• Reaching Sales goals, compliance, quality, and financial targets for organization.

• Operating in a compliant manner, including proper badging, uniforms and professional conduct of sales teams.

• Utilization of Best Practices provided for the coaching, development and progressive documentation of performance.

• Monitor daily sales results and performance; and take actions to ensure all key performance metrics and policies are met

W2 position, Base salary, Plus Commissions & Bonuses (Est. $800-1200 weekly / $40k-60k)
