Staff Accountant/Sr. Staff Accountant (Hybrid)
This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a dynamic and motivated Staff Accountant or Sr. Staff Accountant (based on experience) to join our team! This position is responsible for providing executive accounting information while generating monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting processes for Foot Locker, Inc. and its subsidiaries globally. This position will also be responsible for providing weekly reports, reconciling accounts, and performing variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy. You will also develop/create ad hoc reporting as needed. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and is looking for a collaborative, fast-paced position! - Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis for balance sheets and income statements
- Prepare and present accurate, well supported financial analysis and reports
- Prepare detailed balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries into the financial systems
- Ensure results are fairly stated in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
- Adhere to and enhance internal financial controls
- Provide support and analysis for annual budgets and weekly forecasts
- Provide support to Foot Locker divisional finance and operations teams
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting required
- 0-2 year's experience (Staff Accountant)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and CPA preferred (Sr. Staff Accountant)
- Strong verbal and written communication analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
- Detail oriented with ability to understand the whole process
- Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
- Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $60000 - $65000 / year (Staff Accountant) or $70000 - $75000 / year (Sr. Staff Accountant). Salary will be determined by the position offered, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
