Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Neuro IR Tech for a travel contract job in Altoona, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in interventional radiology who is confident working in a high-acuity neurovascular environment. Youll be part of a collaborative team supporting critical procedures such as thrombectomies, aneurysm repairs, and cerebral angiography.

Job Details

• Location: Altoona, PA

• Setting: Hospital Interventional Radiology / Neurovascular Lab

• Discipline: Neuro IR Technologist

• Contract Length: 13 weeks, with possible extension

Responsibilities

• Assist with neuro-interventional procedures including stroke intervention and embolization

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to support complex vascular cases

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and maintain sterile technique

• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff

Qualifications

• Required: ARRT certification, or RCIS/RCES, and BLS (AHA approved)

• Preferred: ACLS certification and previous neuro IR experience

• State License: Pennsylvania license, or willingness to obtain

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Interventional Radiology with recent neurovascular exposure
