Line Service Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Facilities Manager/Line Service Lead based in Grove City, PA. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of aviation facilities, managing line service activities, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves building/grounds maintenance, coordinating facility-related tasks, and fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and People Management experience
- Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of aviation operations and safety practices is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in facilities management or aviation operations are advantageous
