Location: Bergey's Corporate Office- Souderton, PA
Summary
Compiles and maintains verified accounts payable records. Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors.
Essential Duties
- Checks vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval.
- Helps with preparing accounts payable checks.
- Posts all open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.
- Helps with accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Communicates cash requirements for payable dates to the office manager.
- Processes new vendor accounts.
- Keeps track of 1099 tax forms.
- Scan documents
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
